Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the service and constitute a binding contract. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements related to your use.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any actions taken under your account are presumed to be authorized by you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful activities in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes hacking, spamming, distributing malware, and infringing intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to disrupt or circumvent security measures. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
User Submissions
Any content you upload remains your property, but you grant the service a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, and display that content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms. You agree to indemnify for any claims arising from your submissions.
Fees & Billing
Certain features require payment of fees as indicated at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Non‑payment may result in suspension of paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.
Subscription Management
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto‑renewal settings via your account dashboard. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Service Modifications
The service may modify, update, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for any modifications or discontinuations.
Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, security concerns, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. You are granted only a limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, which may not apply in full.
